If you’re in North America (Pennsylvania to be exact), and an E3.series user, this is guaranteed to catch your interest. If not, you might just be glad to hear that this is a story of a company doing well in a tough economic climate – and that’s always worth reading about!
Recently I caught up with Paul Harvell, the technical director of CAETEK, Inc, one of our E3.series resellers in North America who has recently expanded and opened a second office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The city once famous for steel, and inventions like McDonald’s and its ‘golden arches’, is fast becoming known for its high-technology and innovation beyond fast food and metal casting.
CAETEK is a great example of a company adapting and doing well by offering a full package, offering sales, implementation and product support. They have been working with E3.series and E3.WireWorks technology for several years, and their EXPERTISE enables them to customize and deliver large implementations that include custom scripts and applications. The company’s success also comes from DIVERSITY, counting companies of all sizes and varied industries as their customers.
Paul reminisces and comments on the developments over the years,
“It seems a long time since we sold the first E³.series multi-user environment to Pierce Manufacturing in 2005. Since then we’ve seen the products grow and become easier to use, delivering more outputs and checking features that we really couldn’t imagine back then.
Our new office in Pittsburgh marks a new phase of our growth and a renewed commitment to our customers. We are able to draw on more resources to support our increasing customer base and offer new opportunities for on-site training on the western side of Pennsylvania. Our expansion plans are aggressive and reflect our confidence in the E³.series tool set. In fact, we already have plans to open another office in the US at the end of 2012.”
So if you’re in the Pittsburgh area and want to drop in and say hi, you can find CAETEK in Donora at 653 Mckean Avenue.
